ระบบระบายอากาศในห้องคอมเพรสเซอร์เพื่อระบายความร้อนและปรับสมดุลอากาศบริสุทธิ์

A well-planned compressor room ventilation solution must remove accumulated equipment heat without allowing discharged hot air to circulate back into the room. In many compact compressor rooms, low-level openings are too limited, high-level heat has no defined route, and equipment located farther from the inlet operates in a warmer environment. The result can be uneven cooling conditions, a hot maintenance aisle and repeated heat recirculation during peak operation.

ป๊อปปูล่า treats this as a layered airflow problem: capture concentrated heat where it is generated when practical, discharge room-level heat at high level, and provide controlled low-level make-up air. The final system must be coordinated with the compressor manufacturer’s cooling-air requirements so that any hood or duct connection does not restrict the equipment’s original cooling path.

The first layer is source heat collection. Where the compressor configuration permits it, a capture hood above the hot-air discharge can guide heat into a dedicated duct route rather than allowing it to mix throughout the room. A ป๊อปปูล่า 9-19 high-pressure centrifugal fan can be evaluated for ducted extraction where the system includes longer duct runs, elbows or other resistance. The standard series is intended for non-corrosive, non-self-igniting, non-sticky gas, with dust concentration not exceeding 150 mg/m³ and gas temperature not higher than 80°C.

Where space is limited and the actual pressure requirement is suitable, an HLF6 mixed-flow fan can also be evaluated for the ducted portion of the system. Final selection must be based on the required airflow, full system resistance, available installation space and the verified operating limits of the selected model—not on nominal fan size alone.

High-Level Heat Exhaust Without Heat Recirculation

Even with source capture, residual heat rises to the upper part of the room. A DWT-I axial roof fan can provide high-level discharge for this thermal layer, keeping the exhaust route above the room and away from low-level air inlets. The series provides a wide airflow range, with listed models reaching up to 53,855 m³/h; the supplied air must be non-corrosive and the gas temperature must not exceed 60°C. The roof location, weatherproof detailing and separation from intake openings should be confirmed in the actual building layout.

Low-Level Make-Up Air and a Maintainable Layout

Exhaust only is not a complete solution. SF(G) or EG axial fans can be considered for low-level fresh-air supply, helping replace the discharged air and guide cooler outside air toward the equipment zone. Their large airflow and flexible installation options make them suitable for the make-up-air layer when the required pressure is low. The final airflow balance should be set so that the room does not draw replacement air from unsuitable adjacent spaces.

Solution scene: low-level make-up air supports the equipment zone while high-level ducts carry collected heat upward and out of the room.

During commissioning, verify the operating condition at each compressor location, inspect heat collection points and confirm that the discharge location does not feed hot air back to the intake side. Keep access around louvers, ducts and equipment clear for maintenance, and review the available airflow margin before future compressors or dryers are added.
